Leavr is available exclusively to students and staff with a valid Oxford University (.ac.uk) email address.
Leavr is a peer-to-peer marketplace that facilitates the buying, selling, and giving away of second-hand items between Oxford University students. Leavr acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any transaction.
We do not handle payments, take custody of goods, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any items listed on the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including a valid .ac.uk email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use another person's account without permission.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listings are accurate, complete, and lawful. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeit items, hazardous materials, and prescription medicines.
All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. Leavr is not responsible for disputes, non-delivery, misrepresentation, or any loss arising from a transaction.
By listing an item, you confirm you have the right to sell it and that the description is truthful.
Reviews submitted on Leavr must be honest and based on genuine transaction experience. Fake, malicious, or defamatory reviews are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
You agree not to: harass or threaten other users, post false or misleading information, use the platform for commercial reselling purposes, attempt to circumvent any security or access controls, or use automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform.
All content on Leavr — including the logo, design, and software — is the property of Leavr. You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as listing photos), but grant Leavr a licence to display that content on the platform.
Your use of Leavr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Leavr is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leavr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Leavr after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
